Introduction

Through useapi.net, four song models with vocals, Mureka V9.5, Google’s Lyria 3.5, TemPolor v4.8 and MiniMax Music 3.0, run over REST on your Mureka, Flow Music, TemPolor or MiniMax Audio website subscription. Suno’s developer API is a curated partner program announced in July 2026, with no public documentation or price list. useapi.net is a third-party service, not affiliated with Suno, Kunlun Tech, Google, Qustar Technology or MiniMax.

Price per song

What one song with vocals costs on each maker’s official API (Mureka, Google’s Gemini API, TemPolor, MiniMax) and on each website subscription (October 2026). Each subscription comes with a monthly number of credits, and each song uses a set number of them, so a song costs its share of the subscription.

  • When the model writes the lyrics from a prompt, Mureka’s API charges 50¢ instead of 15¢ and MiniMax’s adds 1¢, while a song costs the same either way through useapi.net.
  • TemPolor’s API credits cost the same at every package size, so volume never lowers its price.
  • Billed yearly, Flow Music Member is $48 a month, which brings a Lyria song to about 0.8¢.
  • With more than one subscription, one useapi.net token works with all of them and spreads your songs across them automatically.

What each one does

  • Mureka V9.5, through the Mureka API: two songs per call, up to 5 minutes long, from a one-line prompt or from your lyrics plus a style. On Mureka Premier it sings in your own voice through a reusable character and splits a song into stems plus MIDI. It also writes sheet music as MusicXML and PDF, remixes a song into a new style, extends it and edits sections, up to 10 generations at once per account.
  • Lyria 3.5, through the Flow Music API, which drives Google Flow Music: an A/B pair per call, as WAV, mp3 or m4a. POST music/edit makes covers, lyric remixes, extends of up to 300 seconds, section replacements, audio effects and a four-stem split from the same plan. Pass model="lyria-3.5", because the API keeps lyria-3-pro as its default. Paid plans run 8 to 16 generations at once.
  • TemPolor v4.8, through the TemPolor API: songs up to 5 minutes in 30+ languages from a prompt or your own lyrics, sung by a cloned voice or one of its artist voices, or built on a MIDI file you upload. Every song downloads as mp3, wav or a stems ZIP, music/stems-splitter splits your own audio, and music/instrumental runs the i4 model for tracks without vocals. Up to 10 generations run at once.
  • MiniMax Music 3.0, through the MiniMax API: one to three songs per call from a style prompt and your lyrics, or lyrics it writes itself, plus instrumentals and covers of a reference track. Songs come back as 256 kbps MP3, and with stream: true the audio plays while it renders.

Listen first

Every track below is complete and unedited (the Lyria tracks transcoded from the API’s WAV to MP3 so a browser can play them), from our four-model comparison, where the API call behind each one is shown next to it.

A one-sentence prompt, the model writes the lyrics: “A playful pop duet between a male and a female singer about texting too late at night, around 60 seconds, catchy back-and-forth chorus.” (round 3)

Mureka V9.5 — “Are You Still Awake?” · 3:05 · generated in 88 s

Lyria 3.5 — “You Go First” · 1:59 · generated in 74 s

Our own lyrics and a deep-house style brief at 121 BPM, on all four models (round 5):

Mureka V9.5 — “Low Light” · 3:09 · generated in 101 s

Lyria 3.5 — “Velvet Room” · 2:26 · generated in 43 s

TemPolor v4.8 — “Low Light” · 1:28 · generated in 51 s

MiniMax Music 3.0 — “Low Light” · 2:47 · generated in 135 s

A male and female duet over jazzy house, with the voice roles written into the lyrics (round 6):

Mureka V9.5 — “Blue Hour” · 3:12 · generated in 70 s

Lyria 3.5 — “Blue Hour” · 2:34 · generated in 58 s

The 12-minute listening cut on YouTube plays the loudest 30 seconds of all 24 tracks from that comparison, loudness-matched, including the TemPolor and MiniMax tracks for every brief. The prices on screen date from its September recording, and the current figures are in Price per song.

Questions

Is there a Suno API alternative?

Through useapi.net, yes: Mureka V9.5, Google’s Lyria 3.5, TemPolor v4.8 and MiniMax Music 3.0 make full songs with vocals over REST, from a prompt or your own lyrics, all with one API token. MiniMax’s own paid music API has been closed to new users since August 20, 2026, so a new developer reaches Music 3.0 here, through a MiniMax Audio plan (as of October 2026).

How much does an AI song cost through an API?

Through useapi.net, a MiniMax Music 3.0 song costs about 1 cent on a MiniMax Audio Pro website subscription ($99 a month), against 15 cents pay as you go on MiniMax’s API, and a Lyria 3.5 song about 1.1 cents on Flow Music Member, against 8 cents on Google’s Gemini API (as of October 2026). See Price per song.

Can an AI music API sing in my own voice?

Through useapi.net, yes. Mureka turns about 30 seconds of your singing into a reusable character at no charge on Mureka Premier, where Mureka’s official API charges $5 per voice (as of October 2026). TemPolor clones a voice from an uploaded sample with POST music/cloned-voices and sings any song in it, from a prompt or from your own lyrics.

Can I get stems and sheet music from an AI music API?

Through useapi.net, a Mureka song splits into up to 12 stems plus MIDI on Mureka Premier for about a fifth of the 70 cents Mureka’s official API charges, and becomes sheet music for 2 cents or less against 20 cents (as of October 2026). Every TemPolor song also downloads as a stems ZIP, and Flow Music splits a Lyria song into drums, bass, vocals and other.
