List the 30 voices an avatar can speak with, in the order the Vids editor shows them. Each voice has its Vids name, Google’s voice id and Google’s one-word style label, plus links to Google’s own pregenerated sample of the voice in 18 languages.

Pass either the name or the voice id as voice to POST /avatars. Voices are free.

This endpoint is public: it needs no API token and no connected account, and any web page may call it. The list is fixed, so the response is cached for 24 hours.
